Terms & Conditions

1)      The client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost upon the signing of the order.

2)      The balance must be settled at the end of the function, otherwise interest at the rate of 2% p. m. will be charged.

3)      Cancellation of function required at least 48 hours notice in advance, otherwise 75% of the total estimated cost will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice the full estimated cost will be charged

4)      The client shall be liable for all losses or breakage of furniture, glasses,  crockery and cutlery.

5)      The Company will not responsible for any shortcoming if the guest turnout to be more than the confirmed number.

6)   The Company will not entertain for any claims if  the foods turn bad on the delaying of the confirmed serving time.

7)       All beverages included in the menu are limited to maximum of 4 hours serving only.   

8)       All  functions are limited to maximum 4 hours or before 11.00 p.m.,  whichever come first. Thereon over time     charges are applicable on 1st hour @RM 15.00, 2nd hour @RM20.00 and thereafter @RM 30.00 per hour.

9)      Any alteration of menu within 24 hours will not be accepted.

10)    Please kindly signed & chop on the space where confirmed by on our event order form to show of your acceptance in return fax, failing which we will considered as function’s abort.
